Reviewed the skincare methodology, ingredient rules and selected product formulas.

These reviews cover skincare. The food guides have not been individually medically reviewed.

Outbreak & recall checks

Official-source collection is separate from preparation guidance and carb fit. This local preview monitors CDC multistate notices, FDA CORE investigations, FDA's rolling food-recall feed and the FSIS API. Feeds, unavailable details and blocked sources leave coverage incomplete. State/local departments and restaurant statements are not included.

Identifiable official notices appear automatically on the notices hub. Exact restaurant or menu connections require explicit affected-identity evidence and a verified catalog identity. A shared ingredient, supplier guess or loose name match does not establish a connection. These notices currently have no verified page connection, so they appear on the notices hub. Optional human review can resolve ambiguity; existing reviewed warnings retain their evidence.

Pages refresh a read-only alert snapshot and downgrade stale or failed checks at runtime. Scheduling is paused. This local preview is not a hosted production monitoring service. No comprehensive detection or clinical approval is claimed.

What this check covers

These guides interpret U.S. pregnancy food guidance for the supported food and preparation details shown. They do not verify a package, whole meal, storage history, recalls, restaurant hygiene, allergies, nutrition, or an individual care plan.

The illustrations help you navigate. They are not a way to identify whether your own food was cooked or pasteurized.

Food guidance does not establish whether a meal suits a gestational-diabetes care plan. Restaurant guides show sourced nutrition and draft GD meal-planning education. They do not provide personalized targets or a GD safety verdict. GD logging and Shio sync are not available through these guides.

Sources, updates & review

WithMama is published by Celestial Meridian LLC. Your answers select guidance from the same versioned food policy used by the app. The sources below support the current 5 food guides; each result links to the source used for that answer.

Current food policy: food-v10-2026-10-01. Website answers update when we rebuild from the app policy. An older installed app version may show earlier guidance.

A source-check date records an evidence check. It is not a clinical sign-off date or an endorsement from the source organization.

Your choices on this page

The preparation picker runs in your browser. It does not send or save your selections. Opening an external source or an app link takes you to that service.

This describes the picker, not a promise about hosting logs or the mobile app’s data practices.
